AVT Reliability enhances digital monitoring

Top secret ’s Machine Sentryhas enhanced its Cloud-based condition monitoring offering with the launch of Machine Sentry2.5.
The latest developments enhance Android functions of the system and embrace integration with Bluetooth low power (LE) sensors from any manufacturer, assist for brand spanking new, superior oil quality and vibration sensors and a simplified measurement import software programme interface (API).
In addition to using MSF-1, a Machine Sentry sensor, companies using the Android utility can now add any brand of sensor to the system, by merely copying the sensor definition to the Android device’s inner storage and opening it. Once loaded, the brand new sensor will have the ability to acquire measurements in the same method as MSF-1.
Machine Sentry 2.5 also enables enhanced oil high quality and vibration monitoring functionality with the addition of two new compatible sensors. The Tandelta oil quality sensor, related through the Tandelta OQD Express show, means the oil situation can be monitored in situ without having to extract a pattern and ship it to the lab. Index or contamination is measured in actual time to an accuracy of 0.001%.
