Evoqua expands in North America with Smith Engineering acquisition

Evoqua Water Technologies has entered right into a definitive agreement to acquire Smith Engineering Inc, a US designer, producer and servicer of custom excessive purity water remedy tools.

Evoqua says that the acquisition will improve its portfolio of high purity water therapy systems and increase its service footprint in North America.
